Naan bread is a very particular type of bread widespread in India, but of Pakistani origin. It has a very particular flavor, it resembles a Greek pita for leavening and cooking in a pan, but it differs for theaddition of plain yogurt. It is really very simple to make, it can be served with both vegetables and meat (personally salami and cheeses, very Italian). It cooks extremely fast, in a non-stick pan, you just need to wait a little for the rising times. For all those who can only see India in photos, alas we bring some of its flavors to the table, enjoying them to the full. Often this bread is flavored with spices (like cumin) so you just have to try.
