Baked omelette with asparagus and cheese
What’s better than a quick omelette that you can share together at the table? The asparagus and cheese baked omelette is an ideal dish, you will be amazed, both for the taste and for the speed of preparation. Very few ingredients are needed and it can be prepared in an instant, with these few and simple steps.
Ingredients for 4 people

Preparation
Break the eggs and beat them in a bowl. Then pour them into a greased pan or lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 150 ° C for 10/15 minutes.
Meanwhile, we boil the asparagus in salted water, already cleaned. Be careful to remove the asparagus stem because it is too hard.
As soon as the omelette is cooked, take it out of the oven, place the asparagus in the center
and thin slices or any other cheese you like as long as it is stringy.
We sprinkle the asparagus surface with grated cheese.
Roll up the omelette and place it in a pan lined with parchment paper, sprinkle the outside with grated cheese and breadcrumbs and bake at 150 ° for 10 minutes. Since everything is already cooked, it only serves to melt the cheese inside and brown the outside of the omelette.
