Fantasy fans were looking forward to playing Elden Ring, FromSoftware’s next game. Unfortunately, the developers have confirmed that this title has now been postponed to February 25, 2022.
As for the delays, this isn’t that bad. Rather than aiming for the holiday season, this game was originally slated to release on January 21, 2022. Fans who have been willing to wait that long will likely not mind a delay of just over a month, especially if the delay calls for a game. improve
In a Twitter announcement, the developers admitted that the game’s “strategic depth and freedom” led to some unexpected delays. In theory, a little more time can lead to a much more refined gaming experience.
If the wait is killing you, keep in mind that the game will receive a console-only network test this November. And you can always go back to that glorious E3 trailer and let your hype build again.
Speaking of hype, do you think Elden Ring will live up to its reputation or will it end up being a disappointment? Be sure to let us know in the comments!
