Today, the Pokémon Company made a number of major announcements for the franchise during its Pokémon Presents broadcast.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus gets a new trailer
Today we received a third trailer for the highly anticipated action RPG Pokémon Legends: Arceus. And it provides our best look at this exciting new title.
This game takes place in the Hisui region, where everyone takes on one of three roles: Doctor, Security, and Survey Corps. Players must observe and capture Pokémon, all while facing corrupt and red-eyed versions of some of your favorite characters like Stantler and Braviary.
Pokémon Legends: Arceus will be released on Nintendo Switch on January 28, 2022.
Nintendo Switch Lite gets a new Pokémon-themed edition
If there’s one thing Nintendo loves, it’s releasing new versions of the beloved game consoles. Soon, players will be able to order a special Dialga and Palkia Edition variant of Switch Lite with a special gray color. This system will set you back $ 199.99 and will be released on November 5th, two weeks before Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shiny Pearl.
Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Brilliant Pearl will arrive on November 19th
Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Brilliant Pearl will be released on November 19th. Players will return to the Sinnoh region where they will battle Team Galaxy using strategic gameplay mechanics.
These Switch titles are trying to take back the look of the original games, released in 2006. But they have been enhanced with features that allow you to decorate your Capsule and also talk to other coaches from around the world.
Pokémon Unite is coming to mobile devices
If you like League of Legends, you will like Pokémon Unite. Pokémon Unite is a MOBA for the Nintendo Switch that will arrive for iOS and Android on September 22nd. There are two special Pikachu costumes that will unlock when 2.5 million and then 5 million players pre-register for the game respectively. No money will be needed to play this F2P game, although it will offer in-game purchases. And the good news is that crossplay is supported.
Other Pokémon announcements
Pokémon Café Mix will receive a new avatar and additional options to customize the gameplay. The Pokémon Masters mobile game is celebrating its second anniversary, and you can now log in for a 3,000 gem bonus. Plus, you can now explore over 100 sync pairs. Finally, the hit Pokémon GO game will introduce new characters from the Galar region, including Wooloo.
