Apple announced its Vision Pro in June, but its official pre-orders in the US only began last week. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo estimates that Apple has sold between 160,000 and 180,000 units of its Vision Pro, which is now sold out and has shipping estimates set at 5-7 weeks.
While initial demand is strong, Kuo expects it to decline once early adopters receive their orders. Estimated shipping times did not change in the two days after Vision Pro pre-orders went live, which is usually not the case with other Apple devices. like the iPhone, where demand continues to grow with shipping estimates also gradually extending.
Looking ahead, Kuo expects Apple to ship 500,000 units of the Vision Pro by the end of the year.
