Honor announced a partnership with Porsche Design in the final days of last year. We’ve already seen the first phone come out with the Honor Magic V2 RSR Porsche Design and the second one won’t be long in coming.
Honor Magic6 Porsche Design will be announced in March, reveals Digital chat station on their Weibo profile. Even more interesting, the phone will be the first to have a new 1″ camera sensor from OmniVision.

This is the second time we’ve heard that Honor will bring the 50MP OV50K sensor to its Magic6 lineup. The current flagship, the Magic6 Pro, also uses a 50 MP camera from the same manufacturer, but it is the OVH9000 sensor that has a size of 1/1.3″.
The new camera sensor should compete with Sony’s 1″ LYT-900 solution, seen in the Oppo Find X7 Ultra. The leakster also made a comparison with the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which should also use the second-generation camera sensor generation from the Japanese manufacturer.
