Honor launched the X50 series in summer 2023 and we already have three official variants. A fourth will join the family, as the brand has revealed that the X50 GT will be announced on January 4th.
The smartphone looks a lot like the Honor X50 but will have a sleek white color, a yellow racing stripe and a classic black paint job.

The new phone will have a 108 MP sensor with a size of 1/1.67″ and f/1.75 front aperture, as is evident from the writing on the back of the white version. This is the popular Samsung HM6 sensor, seen in many mid-range models, including the regular Honor X50 and the Honor Magic6 Lite/X9b.
According to Harrison Zhang, CMO of Honor, the new phone will highlight the “extreme pursuit of performance” of the GT series. Honor X50 GT will have better heat dissipation, a more responsive screen and other improvements rarely seen in the mid-range X range.
The event is scheduled for 7.30pm local time, and we expect Honor to reveal more details in the seven days leading up to the event.
