Last week we saw leaked renders of the Huawei Pocket 2, which showed off three colorways: black, dark purple, and rococo white. Now Weibo user Digital Jinan shared a live photo of the top rear panel of the Rococo White version, so we can get a closer look at its marble-like appearance.
But there’s more: the phone will have a special Art edition with a customized look. A light blue background is adorned with what are described as butterfly wings. The artwork is designed to have a 3D depth effect.

Huawei introduced the Art series with the P60 Art last year. It’s similar to the Huawei P60 Pro, albeit with a custom design for the back and some hardware improvements too, like a 40MP ultra-wide-angle camera (versus the Pro’s 13MP) and a larger 5,100-inch silicon-carbon battery. mAh (versus 4,815 mAh Li-Po).
It’s unclear whether the Huawei Pocket 2 Art will follow this lead or what the hardware differences might be. Huawei has done a great job of keeping its new foldable phone a secret, but luckily we won’t have to wait long for the official reveal: it’s tomorrow, as confirmed by Huawei earlier this week.
