Xiaomi is preparing to launch a Redmi Note 13 Turbo smartphone which will be sold globally as Poco F6. The phone will have a flat display and we also expect it to come with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset.
More specs leaked online today and we were very impressed with the fast charging – it will be 90W. The price is quite different compared to the phone’s predecessor and something unusual in the family of Redmi Note and Poco phones.
The screen is expected to have a resolution of 1.5K (which is the step between 1080p and 1440p) and according to sources Xiaomi has commissioned the production of the panel from two different suppliers. The main camera on the back is said to be 50MP with a Sony IMX882 sensor, while the selfie camera is expected to be 20MP.
Returning to the battery, the capacity is 5,000 mAh. The 90W speed is a fairly unpopular feature for a mid-range Xiaomi phone and currently only a handful of Pro+ phones in the Note family support it, as does the sole Poco F4 GT.
We have to wait until an official confirmation to see what other flagship specs the Redmi Note 13 Turbo/Poco F6 will have.
