Nothing is working on its next smartphone, which will be called Nothing Phone (2a) according to a series of recent rumors. It’s rumored to be revealed during MWC Barcelona in late February and we’ve already seen a rumored list of its key specs.
Today a new rumor concerns the price, which has so far been missing from the conversation about the Nothing Phone (2a). According to the usually reliable Roland Quandt, the mid-range model will start under 400 euros in the EU and will be offered in black and white.

Price less than 400 euros for the basic model.— Roland Quandt (@rquandt) December 28, 2023
That base model will have 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. There will also be one with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, but pricing for this hasn’t been disclosed yet. Judging by the fact that the Nothing Phone (2) launched at $599 in the US and €649 in the EU, the Nothing Phone (2a) could cost around $349 in the US at best. Or, most likely, $399.
This would make it a very attractive offering, with its rumored 6.7-inch 120Hz 1,084×2,412 AMOLED screen, Dimensity 7200 SoC, 50MP main camera, 50MP ultrawide camera, and 32MP selfie camera .
