The nubia Z60 Ultra will arrive on December 19th and today we saw what the phone could look like. Two images, courtesy of the brand’s Weibo page, revealed that the new flagship will have a flat front panel and sides.
At the same time, there will be an “exceptional” large camera on the back that would offer “an unprecedented photography experience”.
The teasers of the ZTE nubia Z60 Ultra
The phone’s main camera is expected to have a 35mm equivalent focal length, which is nothing new we’ve seen in the Z50S Pro and Axon 40 Ultra. We expect a new sensor behind it, but only time will tell.
The poster also read, “the first Ultra of the 23/24 season”, clearly mocking Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and Xiaomi 14 Ultra, both expected in the first months of next year.
The camera island will definitely have a unique design because, after heavy exposure manipulation, we can see another shooter in the image from the flat side. It could be the ultra-wide-angle shooter, which in previous ZTE phones and its Nubia affiliate had a 64MP sensor.
Do you see the camera?
We expect Nubia to release more teasers in the coming days, including more details about its new under-display selfie camera.
