We recently saw the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 and Tab S9 Ultra on Geekbench with the model designations SM-X716B and SM-X916B, respectively. Now two more Samsung devices believed to be the Galaxy Tab S9 FE/Lite have appeared on Geekbench. One has model code SM-X516B and another has SM-X616B.
Both devices are powered by Exynos 1380 SoC and run Android 13. However, the SM-X516B has 6GB of RAM on board while the SM-X616B has 8GB. They also have different scores. The SM-X516B scored higher, but these are likely pre-production units, so best wait for the retail versions to judge their performance.

It’s unclear whether these devices are Galaxy Tab S9 FE or Lite because last year’s Galaxy Tab S8 series included neither, but the Tab S7 range had an FE model, while the Tab S6 had a Lite variant.
That said, we know that the Galaxy Tab S9 series includes a Plus version, with model designation SM-X716B. We’ve yet to see it on Geekbench, but like its vanilla and Ultra counterparts, the Galaxy Tab S9+ will likely have Galaxy’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 at the helm, the same chip that powers the flagship Galaxy S23 series.
