Samsung is preparing to launch its next generation of foldables at the end of July, which leaves us with two full months of rumors and speculation to go forward. The latest prediction comes from Ross Young which shared some early estimates of the Z Flip5’s production numbers, claiming they will be double that of last year’s Z Flip4.

Last year’s Galaxy Z Flip4 was more sought after than its predecessor, but we’ll have to wait and see if the momentum holds up for the Z Flip5. Samsung’s upcoming clamshell foldable is expected to offer a larger cover screen, an improved hinge mechanism with a less prominent screen crease, new camera sensors, and the Galaxy’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
