Xiaomi kicked off the global launch of the Redmi Note 13 series today by bringing its 5G-capable Redmi Note 13, Note 13 Pro, and Note 13Pro+, but we also got a couple of more affordable Redmi Note 13 4G models.
Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G and Note 13 4G
Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G is equipped with a Helio G99 chipset while Note 13 4G is equipped with Snapdragon 685. The Pro model has 8/12 GB of RAM and 256/512 GB of storage while Note 13 has 6/8 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of storage space.
Both phones feature 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED screens with FHD+ resolution and in-display fingerprint scanner. The Pro model gets Gorilla Glass 5 protection while the Note 13 comes with Gorilla Glass 3 protection and both support a peak brightness of 1,300 nits.
Moving on to the cameras, the Redmi Note 13 Pro brings the same 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP3 primary shooter as the Note 13 Pro 5G with up to 4x in-sensor zoom crop. Note 13 4G offers a 108MP primary camera with 3x zoom crop in the sensor. Both phones also come with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle and 2MP macro camera, as well as 16MP front-facing cameras. Unfortunately, neither device supports 4K video recording as they max out at 1080p.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro and Note 13 have 5,000mAh batteries, but the Pro model has faster charging at 67W compared to the Vanilla model’s 33W. Both phones boot Android 13 with MIUI 14 and are IP54 dust and splash resistant.
