Samsung’s self-repair program now covers 15 more devices, including the entire Galaxy S23 series, the foldable Galaxy Z Fold5 and Z Flip5 as well as the Galaxy Tab S9 series. At the same time, Samsung is expanding the program’s reach to 30 new countries in Europe, including:
Albania, Andorra, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia , Norway, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland.
The self-repair program was launched in the United States in 2022 and later expanded to South Korea, several EU countries, as well as Brazil and Mexico.
Samsung’s self-repair program provides Galaxy smartphone and tablet users with access to genuine parts including display assemblies, batteries, back covers and charging ports.
Galaxy Book laptop users have access to the front and back case, display, battery, touchpad, power button, fingerprint reader, rubber feet, fan, and speaker components.
