Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 series of budget tablets is expected to be released in Q4 of this year and we have some specs thanks to certifications from FCC, Wi-Fi Alliance, Bluetooth SIG, SafetyKorea and Indian BIS. There’s also a Geekbench run for good measure.
The image below is from SatefyKorea certification. It shows the front of the tablet, revealing little else besides the front facing camera. This is the SM-X115N model, which is supposed to be the Galaxy Tab A9. Another model number, SM-X216B, has also surfaced and is expected to be the Galaxy Tab A9+.
The Galaxy Tab A9 will feature a 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging and will measure 210.7mm long and 124.7mm wide. Expect a single camera on the back, a 3.5mm audio jack, as well as LTE, GPS, and Bluetooth.
Looking at the Geekbench score of the Galaxy Tab A9+, it will have a Snapdragon 695 chip with Adreno 619 graphics. There is 4GB of RAM and Android 13, presumably with OneUI 5.1 on top.
