Samsung US has started a week-long sales event called “Discover the Samsung Winter Sale.” During these seven days there will be three types of offers: flash offers, offers of the day and offers that span the entire event. Lightning Deals are the most time-sensitive as they only last from 12pm to 4pm ET on the designated day. Of course, these are some of the best deals you can get during the event.
Today’s flash offer includes a discount of up to 64% on the Galaxy Z Fold5. That’s with a $150 direct rebate and then an enhanced trade-in credit of up to $1,000. This means the price of Samsung’s flagship foldable can drop as low as $650. Note: This applies to select models only, check Samsung.com for more details.
The second class of deals is valid for 24 hours starting at 9 a.m. ET. Monday’s daily deal is $175 off the Samsung Galaxy S23, no trade-in required. This brings the starting price of the outgoing small flagship to $625.
Another daily deal is on the Samsung T7 Touch portable SSD: the 2TB model, which normally costs $290, is now down to just $100. This portable SSD is protected by a built-in fingerprint reader and offers fast speeds. read and write speeds of 1 GB/s when connected via USB 3.2 Gen 2 at 10 Gbps.
For smaller portable storage devices, the Samsung USB Fit plus 256GB (in gray or silver) costs $20 ($15 off).
The latest daily deal you might be interested in is the Samsung Neo QLED 8K QN900B: this smart TV is available in 65”, 75” and 85” sizes. The smallest of the three normally costs $5,000 (again, that’s an 8K TV), but can now be purchased for $3,300. Larger models have discounts of up to $2,000.
We’ll have another post with daily deals tomorrow, so check back. In the meantime, here are some of the offers of the week.
If you don’t want the Galaxy S23 (and you might not, the S24 is a couple of months away), there’s the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE. This one comes with a $130 discount – this brings its starting price down to $470 – and you can reduce it further with trade-in offers.
Alternatively, you can get a certified refurbished Galaxy S22 for $395 ($225 off). There’s also the S22+ for $495 ($275 off) and the S22 Ultra for $595 ($325 off).
Returning to the FE family, the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Tab S9 FE+ are both discounted by $50, so their starting prices are $400 and $550 respectively.
Finally, the Samsung Galaxy Buds FE are $20 off, so a new pair costs $80.
