TCL has a new budget device in Europe with the TCL 40R 5G: a Dimensity 700 equipped 5G midranger with a 50MP main cam and a 5,000mAh battery. There is an early 6.6-inch IPS LCD with HD + resolution and drop notch for the 8MP selfie cam. The rear houses a 50MP main cam, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth lens.
MediaTek’s Dimensity 700 chipset is flanked by 4GB of RAM and 64 / 128GB of expandable storage via the microSD slot. The software side is covered by TCL UI 4.0 on Android 12. The phone features a 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging support and also boasts a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
