TCL tends to announce a plethora of new phones at CES, for example the 7-member TCL 50 series that debuted in January. However the company doesn’t stop there as it has listed the TCL 505 on its website. The phone features a familiar design in line with the rest of the 50 series devices.
The TCL 505 is built around a 6.75-inch IPS LCD with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The panel also features TCL’s NxtVision anti-reflective coating that filters out blue light and reaches a maximum brightness of 400 nits.
The phone comes with a Helio G35 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. There is a microSD card slot for storage expansions. The rear houses a 50MP primary camera with a 1/2.55-inch sensor with 0.7μm pixels and a 2MP depth module. The phone also comes with a 5MP front camera.
