A new post from the well-known informant, Digital chat station, reveals some specifications of the Huawei P70 series and the leak seems to come just in time. Given that the Huawei P60 series was launched in March last year, it’s safe to assume that the P70 family will release in the next couple of months or so.
The post reads a quad-curved OLED panel on the front with a resolution of 1.5K and a diagonal of 6.7 inches. It’s also a little difficult to tell from the machine-translated Chinese, but the laptops may come with two front-facing stereo speakers.
Additionally, the trio of rear cameras will be arranged in an unorthodox triangular formation. The main one is said to be OmniVision’s 50MP OV50H shooter with variable aperture and 1/1.3″ sensor size and 1.2µm pixels.
All the hardware will draw power from a 5,000 mAh high-density battery, and according to previous rumors, the Kirin 9010 chip will likely be at the heart of both devices. A substantial ultrawide camera upgrade is also expected.
