The vivo brand iQOO will launch its first tablet on May 23, and the company has confirmed that it will have a 12.1-inch screen and run on a Dimension 9000+ SoC. We speculated that it could be a vivo Pad2 with a different chipset, and now we have further confirmation.
The iQOO Pad appeared in a live photo right next to a vivo Pad2, revealing an identical design and OriginOS 3 platform. The tablet also clearly works with the keyboard cover and vivo’s stylus.

The image also reveals the tablet’s memory configuration: it will come with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. Since the vivo-branded slate lacks a microSD slot, the iQOO variant is also unlikely to offer memory expansion.
The tablet is expected to feature a massive 10,000mAh battery, 44W wired charging, and 5W reverse wired charging. Other specs include a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front shooter for video calling.
The 12/512GB model of the vivo Pad2 arrived last month for CNY 3,399 (about $500), but the iQOO Pad could aim to top it.
