The leaked prices indicate a small increase for Galaxy Z Flip5, more significant increase for Z Fold5

Samsung Unpacked for next-generation Galaxy foldables is still a couple of weeks away, but there has been no shortage of leaks. Samsung is also impatient and is now accepting advance bookings. We’ve previously summarized the leaks for the Galaxy Z Flip5 and the Galaxy Z Fold5 if you need an upgrade. One thing that remained mostly a mystery was the price.

Now French publication dealab shared a leak about the two leaflets’ local pricing. As of the Galaxy Z Flip5, there’s been no mention of a 128GB model — either that detail hasn’t leaked or Samsung will push the baseline up to 256GB. As for the 256GB model, it’s facing a modest price hike of €30 and will cost €1,200, the 512GB one will be €50 more. This isn’t quite as bad as the previous leak, which priced the 128GB model at €1,300.

The flip will be available in four colors: Graphite, Cream, Lavender and Water Green. Should there be more, the company typically reserves a few exclusive shades for Samsung.com. Z Flip5 will probably also be part of the Bespoke program.

Moving on to the Galaxy Z Fold5, this will be hit with a more serious price hike. The base model with 256GB of storage will increase by €100, the 512GB and 1TB models by €120.

That means locals will have to pay €1,900 at the low end. Well, not really: Samsung’s introductory offers and trade-in offers will reduce the actual price. However, if you were hoping for folding technology to get cheaper, that’s not happening in this generation.

The Z Fold5 will be available in three colors, Black, Cream and Blue, plus the as yet unknown Samsung.com exclusives.

A quick calculation based on those old prices and the related increase in new prices, the Galaxy Z Flip5 (256GB) should be $1,025/£1,025/₹97,500, the Galaxy Z Fold5 (256GB) should be $1,900/£1,740 /₹164,000 in those regions.
