A couple of days ago we brought you the news that the iQOO 12 family will launch in China on November 7, and today it seems the company was in the mood to tease. That’s because an iQOO product manager just posted some images on Weibo featuring the upcoming BMW M Motorsport edition of the iQOO 12 Pro. Check it out for yourself below.
The previously leaked design is therefore the actual design of the phone. Interestingly, there are no vertical stripes, even though it is a BMW M edition. There is only a rather discreet engraving of the BMW M colors on one side. The camera island is huge and has a rather unique squircle shape and advertises a maximum 100X zoom, as you can see.
This will come from a 64MP 70mm f/2.57 periscope telephoto lens with 3X optical zoom, using the OmniVision OV64B sensor. The main sensor is said to be the OmniVision OV50H and boasts an f/1.68 aperture. The third snapper is a Samsung ISOCELL JN1 15mm ultrawide, according to the usually reliable Digital Chat Station.
As per past rumors, the iQOO 12 Pro will come with a “2K” resolution screen with 144Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC at the helm, and a 5,100mAh battery with support for 120W wired fast charging and 50W wireless
