Last week’s poll shows that the Honor 100 duo has potential as half of voters expressed interest in the two phones, although not without some question marks. However, reading the comments, we saw that the phones also have a critical flaw: the Art Nouveau design.
Oof, there have been less than enthusiastic comments about the looks of the two phones. We’re not sure there’s a consensus on which of the two is better, but it certainly seems like the art forms of both models aren’t popular with the majority.
That aside, the Honor 100 Pro fared better: a good number of people like the hardware enough to have little to show for it in reviews (though many would still like to see it get a thumbs up before committing). There is some concern about the availability of the Pro model (the 90 Pro was only launched in China).
The Honor 100 has a lot more to prove. Indeed, among people interested in this model, most will delay making a final decision until detailed reviews of the phone are available.
On the bright side, Honor has priced the phones well: only a tenth of voters think they’re too expensive. Of course we don’t have the official prices for the global market yet, but they should be more or less the same considering that the Honor 90 and 100 have identical launch prices in China (the new Pro costs 3% more).
Honor hasn’t revealed any details about the global launch of the 100 series, so we’ll have to wait and see. In the meantime, do you think a case can cover up the unattractive design so you can enjoy the powerful hardware without distractions? Drop us a line in the comments.
