Xiaomi Civi phones are sold in China targeting people who like to take photos and videos with front facing cameras. The latest leak suggests that the new Civi 3 is carrying a speedy Dimension 8200 chipset and a 50MP camera, making the new edition an eye-catching all-round midranger.

The 50MP sensor in the current Civi 2 is Sony IMX766, but the new version will use the Sony IMX800, also seen in the Xiaomi 13 and Redmi K60 Pro flagships. Again, we will see two 32MP selfie cameras which will likely remain the same of the predecessor, as they are already quite capable.
Xiaomi is likely to launch the Civi 3 in April, although we’re unlikely to see the phone outside of China, at least not under this name.
