After getting our hands on the Redmi Note 13 Pro+, it’s time to turn our attention to the non-Plus Pro model that arrived in our office for review.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G comes in a white retail box, which includes a protective case, a charging cable, a 67W power adapter, and a SIM ejector tool.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G features a 6.67″ FullHD+ AMOLED screen at 120 Hz with Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It has a centered punch-hole for the 16 MP selfie camera and a built-in fingerprint scanner for unlocking the phone without password.
On the back, we have a photo island that covers more than half the width of the phone and houses an LED flash and three cameras: 200MP primary (with OIS), 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP macro.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G has the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip at the helm with up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. On the software front, you get Android 13 with MIUI 14 on top.
Keeping the whole package up and running is a 5,100 mAh battery that draws power via a USB-C port at up to 67 W. The rest of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G’s strong points include an IP54 protection rating, a 3.5mm headphone jack, stereo speakers and Dolby Vision. The smartphone is also equipped with an IR blaster and an NFC chip, which depends on the market.
