ZTE nubia Z50 Ultra is set to launch on March 7 in China, so its Geekbench listing is not a big surprise. A phone with model number NX712Jwhich is supposedly the Z50 Ultra, recorded an impressive Geekbench 5 score.
The device scored 5121 points in the multi-core test e 1494 in the single-core test and both results are in line with other Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 devices we’ve tested. The good Geekbench scores also suggest that the device is out of the testing phase and ready to roll out. Early engineering champions tend to underperform. Aside from the chipset, Geekbnech’s listing reveals very little. We know that the device will be running the latest Android 13 out of the box and it is natural for a flagship model to have a version with 12GB of RAM.
Previous rumors and teasers suggest that the phone will also boast an impressive camera setup, an under-display selfie camera, and a flat bezel with a dedicated alert slider next to the power button.
